At Biltwell Inc., we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the tracking number is saved for your records during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
